Photographer Suren Manevlyan is back with a new set of magnificent images of animal eyes. I say ‘back’ because even though we haven’t featured his images on ZME Science, there’s a good chance you may have seen them before on his personal page or on websites such as Twisted Sifter.

Born in 1976, Suren started to photograph when he was sixteen and became a professional photographer in 2006. Aside for photography, he also teaches physics, mathematics, projective geometry and astronomy at the Yerevan Waldorf School.

All the animals were alive when the picture was taken and they weren’t harmed in any way – maybe just a little annoyed.
