Many companies, organizations, and even government agencies rely on solid scientific research from trusted third-party researchers. Below, I will introduce some of the most reliable and well-known research organizations. Next time you want to see how research was conducted, you can be a little more informed on which the most trusted firms in the scientific community.

Standard University Research

Stanford university-based research is noted for its depth and scope because their research programs reflect the creativity and expertise of the faculty who work and teach there. Every year, the faculty takes on thousands of externally sponsored projects from the U.S. government with a small amount from private funding sources. There are a number of national research programs at Stanford, such as the National Bureau of Economic Research and the Departments of Plant Biology at the Carnegie Institution for Science. Stanford also has almost 20 independent labs and institutes that provide research for a variety of disciplines. These include Spectrum, which is the Stanford Center for Clinical and Translational Research and Education, as well as Stanford Bio-X, an interdisciplinary program that focuses on biomedicine and the biosciences.

California Institute of Technology (Caltech)

Caltech is noted for its technology and engineering focused research and education programs. Their research-based academic divisions include the geological sciences, applied physics and biological and chemical engineering. For example, the Division of Biology and Biological Engineering oversees biochemistry, neurobiology, and molecular biophysics research. Caltech boasts hundreds of professorial faculty and double the amount of research scholars. They consistently produce Nobel Laureates, National Medal of Science recipients, and National Medal of Technology and Innovation recipients. For example, Caltech’s Jet Propulsion Lab was founded in the 1930’s and today is managed in collaboration with NASA. Together, Caltech and NASA launch spacecraft with unique research instruments. On the other hand, Caltech’s Seismological lab is an internationally recognized leader geophysical research. They study seismic activities, mineral physics, and high-performance computing.

PerkinElmer

PerkinElmer is noted for being a leader in genetic and biological research. They focus on genomics, proteomics, and functional biology in order to understand the human genome and develop beneficial solutions. PerkinElmer strives to create better treatments through results-driven research. For example, they work with pharmaceutical companies to analyze the development of diseases and develop corresponding drug treatments. In order to accomplish this, they maintain an active network of imaging systems, detection technologies, preparation workstations, and informatics applications. Their comprehensive system of internal employees and external partners means that many research methods that traditionally take weeks to perform are accomplished in only a few hours. In addition to drug discovery and development, they work with external academic research centers to promote disease and therapeutic research. They also work with the cutting-edge field of biotherapeutic research and bio-pharmaceutics.

ASEA Science

This is a unique organization that promotes a biotechnology related to the science of redox signaling, which refers to cellular molecules that protect and rejuvenate the body’s cells. Redox signaling helps cells function at optical levels while promoting healing and growth. The first kind of redox signaling molecules, reduced species, activates antioxidants, while the second kind, reactive oxygen species, strengthens the immune system. People who maintain a homeostatic balance between the two enjoy optimal health. After partnering with a well-known lab service provider, ASEA Science’s internal product team created a consumable product that contained the redox signaling molecules that keep cells functioning at optimal levels. The emerging discipline of redox signaling is one of the fastest growing research fields in science. More and more scientists are studying the relationships between redox signaling molecule levels within the framework of the normal cellular health cycle.

The next time you see some third party research being done in an article or for a product, you can be sure they are verified and trusted. These sources are a few of the most respected and offer the best research in their fields.
