Doctor is performing brain surgery, and has a heart attack during the surgery; now what ?!
This my friends is one of those things that just makes your skin tingle in a very pleasant way. Italian doctor Claudio Vitale was performing brain surgery when he started feeling chest pains that could only be described as a heart attack. The doctor understands the patient will never recover if he stops and goes through despite massive pains that kept worsening and the team urging him to stop. He managed to finish the surgery with success and after that, he had an angioplasty operation to treat his heart attack, and in case you’re asking, the answer is no; he didn’t perform his own angioplasty. Still, he claims he’s no hero, and he just couldn’t abandon the patient. We would like to give props to such doctors that just give their work the pride and beauty it deserves.

That’s incredible! This guy deserves a statue :-). Hope he’s doing OK after his heart-attack.

I’m glad my vasectomy surgeon didn’t have a heart attack (or Parkingson’s disease…) during my recent vasectomy!!! But kudos to Claudio Vitale. THAT is dedication.
